First,it is necessary to take any exercise every day．Research shows that get plenty of exercise makesthe heart beat fast and the lungs work harder．Second, eat more fruits, vegetable and less meat．Third, getting rid of bad habits as smoking and drinking is also important way to keep healthy．Smoking and alcohol drinking injures one’s health a great deal, and therefore should be given up．
