A new eight-kilometer road is under construction that links the port area with motorway system. It had been some time since Jack had seen the old man. College, career, and life itself got in the way. In fact, Jack moved clear across the country in pursuit of his dreams. Drunken driving –sometimes called America’s socially accepted form of murder—has become a national epidemic (流行病).
