One year ago, I was in great trouble. I worked hard at English and devote all my spare time to practise it. But I failed to pass the mid-term examination, which made me great disappointed. So I asked my grandpa for advice when I got to home. Hearing that I told him, he said, “To some extent, examination results are sometime unexpected by your study level. Nowadays, lots of students plan to study abroad and study abroad has been popular in our country. More and more middle school students would like to go to abroad. Is it good to study abroad? Last week I went to visit to my former neighbor, Mr. Li. He and I used to living next to each other for many years. About half a year ago, an order came which the old building, along with many other similar ones, were going to be pulled down to make room for a main street. So I had to move apart. Mr. Li now lives in the suburbs near a beautiful park. His new apartment is much big than before. The only problem is that it took quite a long time to get to the downtown area. I often dream of a teacher. I dream of standing on the platform in the classroom and give lessons to lovely boys and girls. I teach them, play with them, but watch them growing up. I am always young when I was staying with them. I know there is not easy to be a teacher. You have to learn in order to teach. Without enough knowledges, you can never learn well. What is more, you have to be friends with your pupils and take good care of him. Only by this way can you be a good teacher and win respect from them. Though I am a student now, I will work as very hard to make my dream come true.
