Today is Sunday. I’ve been in Canada for two maonths.
This is the first time that I’ve been away my family for such a
long time. With the help of Katia,a roommate of me, I’ve
soon got used to live without my parents around. Katia, like
many other Russian girls, are nice and lively. We become
friends shortly after we meet each other. Although her English
is a little hardly to understand, we enjoy charting and we
usually talk a lot about our own. We are both surprised
that Chinese culture or Russian culture are so different. Now,
we are planning a small party for the next Sunday. There, Katia
will introduce me to some of her friends, one of who has been
to China several times. I just cant wait.

Love is just a thread
Sometime I really doubt that there is love between my parents. Every day they are very busy try to earn money in order to pay the high tuition to my brother and me. They don’t act in the romantic ways that I read in books and I see on TV. In their opinions, “I love you” is very luxurious for them to say. Sending flower each other in Valentine’s Day is even more out of the question. Finally my father has a bad temper. When he’s very tired of the hand work, it is easy for him to lose her temper.

Many animals have our own languages.They use signals which has meanings. My little cousin often comes to see me. But she is too noisy sometimes. Yesterday, as usual, he came very earlier in the morning. I was listening the radio and didn’t want to play with him. So he didn’t seem to know that. He asked me to play with him again and again. I was so annoyed with him that I shout at him, “Could you just leave me alone?” He had never seen me so angrily. He burst into tear and said, “I like playing with you. When the school begins, you will leave for me again.” I was moving when I heard that. So I turned on the radio and played with him.

I’m very glad to hear you are coming to visit our school the next Thursday. Unfortunate, I won’t be able to meet you at the railway station although I have class the whole day. You won’t find difficult to get to our school. The station bus left every 30 minutes and will take you right to the Post Office Building. My school are just opposite them. On arrival, you can call me and I will meet you at the school gate. Then I will introduce you with our headmaster and he will tell you about the schedule of your visit. Having a pleasant trip.
