It is known for us all that some students cheat in examinations at school. As students, I often take examinations at school, but sometimes we have too many examinations which is too difficult for us. On the other hand, some of us are lazy but don’t work hard at our lessons. So when taken examinations, we sometimes cheat in order to get better result to please our parents and teachers.
In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks down the rules of schools. We students should be honesty and try to get good results by studying hard instead cheating in examinations. What’s more, we should improve our study methods and get good prepared for examinations.

An old man whose eyesight was failing comes to stay in a hotel, a bottle of whisky in his hand. On the wall was a fly he took for a nail. The moment he tried to hang the bottle on it, they fell and broke. When the landlady discovered what had been happened, she decided to do him favor. The next morning when he was out, the hotel worker hammered a nail exact where the “fly” had been. Before the old man came back, the smell of the whisky reminded him the accident. Looking at the spot what he thought the “fly” was again, he was so angry that he slapped it with all his strengths. On hearing the loud cry, the landlady rushed in. To her surprise, the poor old man was sitting on the floor with his teeth clenched(咬紧) and the palm of his hand bleed.

The news which the English Entrance Examination will be reformed has caused a big “earthquake” in our country. Many people, included students, are for it. But there are also some people are against it. Then, is it better to do so or not? Personally, I think the reform has between advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, it can reduce students’ learn burden and enable English to return back to its true function. On the other hand, it will cause students to spend less time on studying English and to attached less importance to English. If so, students will not have a good knowledge of English. What’s more, if students don’t have so a good ability, they will not be able to broaden our horizon and meet the future challenges.
Even today, a man with good manner will politely open the door for a lady, help her put on her coat when it necessary and see her safely to the door of her home after a date. When a man take a woman out for dinner, it is considered impolite to help her with her chair when she gets up or sits down. On a crowding train or bus, it is proper for a man to offer a woman his seat, especial if she is old or carries a baby. Even when it comes to shake hands, ladies come first. It is impolite for a man to extend his hand for handshake upon first greeting. Unless a woman does not extend her hand to the man first, the man shouldn’t offer theirs.
