Cynthia told the group that she 24 took a Circle K clerk job as an interim (过渡时期)position 25 she looked for something 26 .On her second or third day behind the counter, she received a phone call from her nine-year-old son, Jessie. He needed a baseball glove for Little League. She explained that 27 a single mother, money was very 28 , and her first check would 29 go for paying 30 . Perhaps she could buy his baseball glove with her second or third check..

Is there something new or in your work life? Do certain colleagues make your boil? Find how every item the list makes you feel and then ask yourself, “Is my reaction correct?” This step is the to finding a way to deal with them, once you understand where your emotions are coming from.
The other view says outside factors, distressing work environments, mostly drive workplace stress. Common of stress-causing environments include non-communicative bosses, isolating work, and jobs that require much effort but offer little . Finding another job may be the most effective solution in the long run. But until the job market , find ways to regain a sense of control your . If you must endure a two-hour trip in rush-hour traffic to arrive at the office by 9 am, start your workday earlier, so you the worst time to travel. When traveling in the Canadian Rockies by car, I often notice a road sign that says, “A fed bear is a dead bear.” , I did not get it. Why is a fed bear a dead one? According to a friend, many travelers used to throw their food from their cars for the bears. , the bears turned to the roadside for food and slowly lost their ability to take care of themselves. When winter came, fewer travelers took to the mountains, which less food for the bears, some of whom starved or frozen to death.
