The leader of the school said the idea of a stress wall started when footprints were found on some newly painted walls and some school windows were broken.
“These things happen because some students feel lots of pressure from their studies or because they don’t get along well with other students．When under stress，the body gets ready to either run or fight and becomes very nervous．Hitting the wall can help relax the body and take away stress，” he said.

Celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November every year, Thanksgiving Day is a time for thanksgiving and feasts．It’s about expressing your gratitude to the important people and all the good things in your life．
Americans celebrate Thanksgiving with much warmth and keep many traditional customs．Here we introduce two of the rules Americans typically follow on this day．
1.Time for prayers and paying back
Thanksgiving Day has been associated with prayers in church and in homes for centuries．Attending church prayer services in the morning is the first step of many celebrators on Thanksgiving Day．The churches provide worship (礼拜) services and organize special events for the occasion．
Before Thanksgiving meals, some families gather together and read prayers to thank God for his kindness and the gifts he has bestowed upon (给予) them in the form of friends and family．
Some people also do voluntary community work on this day, as a way of paying back．
2.Family reunions and showing gratitude

Recently many universities have used the school beauty and a handsome boy as a way of advertising to attract new students．
Web celebrity Zhang Zetian，who is popularly known by her online nickname 'Milk Tea Sister' appeared on the cover page of Tsinghua University's magazine，along with other famous people in the university in 2012.
Renmin University，a top university in Beijing featured graduation photos of a beautiful girl，Kang Yikun in 2013 in its website's homepage．The photo won praise from netizens who said it showed the atmosphere of the graduation season in a creative way．
Famous school beauties and handsome boys also appeared in Wuhan University，Northwest University，Beijing Language and Culture University and many other schools．
