more colorful. Doing sports are a good way to relax and keep fit.
What’s more, a health body can help us study better or live a happier life.

Our English club was set up two months ago．Now, we have members of 25. We met once a week on Saturday afternoon. So far, we have been held a variety of activities on English learning，such as watching English films, including a Christmas party and get together with some foreign students. Last week we held a English story－telling competition. We required that the entries would be original and interesting and be presented in English within five minutes. Every member took an actively part in it. Two foreign English teachers were invited to act as judge. At last, Li Bing won first prize. Many members said that the activity benefited them many ways.
Not only did it improve their speaking English, but also it brought them many fun. They hope many such activities can be held．
Yesterday morning I became first to come to the classroom, and to my surprising, I found my bench broken. As there was everybody around at that time, I immediately changed bench with Li Kang, of whose seat was just behind mine. Five minutes late, Li Kang came in. Seen the broken bench, he could do nothing but stand listening to the teacher during the first class. When the class over, he carried it out and began to repair it by himself. My face suddenly turned red and I kept silent in my seat. You can never imagine how regretfully I felt for that I had done.

I learned early in life that I had to be more
patient and little aggressive. From the time
I was about four until I was about six, I destroyed
each of my toy. I was happy when the
toys worked, but when things did wrong,
I got angry and broke it.
For a while parents bought me new toys.
But before long they began to see which was happening.
When I tear apart my fifth birthday toy train,
my father said, “That’s it. No more toys to you.”
My punishment lasted a year. Meanwhile, I found out
that with more patience I must make

It is good to see that today a great amount of people have realized the importance of exercising.
But the problem is whether there are not enough sports facilities to meet the growing demand.
I love playing basketball and often play with my friends on weekends.
Therefore, it is difficult to rent a basketball field and impossible to find a free one.
It seems that all courts in the city were always full of people.
Weather permitted, we can play outdoors.
But on rainy days or in winter we have to turn to indoor courts.
There are not much in my city, and the charge is expensive.
It is my strongly recommendation the government should build more public sports facilities, so easier accesses will encourage more people to participate sports.

Last week, my parents and I took a two-days trip to Emei Mountain in Sichuan. As everyone knows，it’s famous mountain with varieties of plants and animals. The weather was fine. It was about noon that we arrived at the foot of the mountain，the three of them were very excited. As we climbed the mountain，we watched monkeys，visiting temples and told stories. On the way up, I was busy taking picture since the scenery was so beautifully. Time passes quickly. Evening came. We spent the night in a hotel at the top of the mountain. The food was expensive and the service was good. I was so tired that I fell asleep at the moment my head touched the pillow.
