Walter's goa1 in life was become a successfully doctor．He knew he had to finish high school first, so he put his heart into his study—in particular, biology, chemistry, and maths．Because he worked hard at these subjects, Walter became good at it．However, Walter forgot that he needed to master some other subjects besides those he had been chosen．As a result, Walter fails both English and Latin in the end of the second school year．But he had to repeat these subjects and he was almost unable to graduate as planning．Walter learned good lesson.

I happen to meet some American tourists at the gate of the Summer Palace last week. I greeted them with English and then we began to chat. I got to know that they were college student traveling in China. Most of us were fond of Chinese medicine. They were busy taking pictures and were surprising at the changes had taken place in the past few years. After that, we went boat and had a good time. We were exchanged our e-mail addresses so that we could write to each other in the future. They thanked me again and again. I was gladly to have a chance to practice my oral English. What wonderful experience !

When my father bought a computer as birthday gift for me in last year, I
felt very excited. As is known to us all, computers are getting more and more
usefully now. Much information can be stored in it. We can also learn that
has happened lately in the world on the Internet. In the past, people had to do
lots of work that were very dangerous. But now computers can do it, instead. When an exam is coming, I often did some exercises in my computer. Then it will correct them and tell me the right answer. In this way it is very convenient for me to get ready for the exam than before.

After supper Li Hua came and asked me go
and see a film with him. In our way to
the cinema we saw the little girl sitting by
the roadside cry. We bought her a cake to
stop her crying. But when we asked where she
had lived , she said she did not know . So
when we took her to the police station and
asked the police to take care for her . After
this we went to the cinema, But when we
got there the movie was near at its end.
Though we missed the movie , we did a good deed.
We felt very happy.
