Dear Sir ,
Thank you for invite me to the summer English courses in your school .As for your choice between the two courses , I prefer the four-week course because of it will allow me more time to do traveling and make a little new friends . Of all the subject I’m learning at school, I like English best. I had been learning English for eleven years but my spoken English is poorly .So I really hope to take this chance to improve them. .If possible, I’d like to stay with a family for a couple of days in order that I can know some customs in England, that I’m particularly interested in. I believe I will have good time this summer.

All of us know the old saying “Practice make perfect”. It tells us unless we want to realize our aim, we should practise and one day we will make it. It’s easy to understand. Once I wanted to learn swimming. At first I found difficult to control my body. I just sink into the water. I felt very frightening. Then I watched others who were good at them and asked them the key to succeed. I went to the swimming pool every day, learned from them and practised. A day, when my friend pushed me into the swimming pool, I sudden found that I could swim. How excited I was! Now I can swim much more better than before.

My classmate, Joseph, is at present in hospital with a breaking leg. He was walking to school the other day when he let a bicycle ran right into him. He never watches where he is going, so he often gets into the trouble. And he is having a nice time there. He has a comfortable room, patiently nurses, and a great deal of time to read. Some friends of him go to see him every day, and they take him lots of good book and fresh fruit. He is not losing any time from school because he is busy studying which he has missed in classes. The doctor says he is recovering fast than expected and will be out of hospital a few weeks.
