Time flies! This is a third year that I have been in this school. In the past two and a half years, our school had organized many activities. What impressed me best was an activity called “Learning to Farm”. In an autumn afternoon, we were sent to a farm which we learned to plant potatoes. Having been in the city for so a long time, we were so happy to go to the countryside. After divided into 3 groups, we started to work. Some students cut potatoes into pieces; some dug holes, and the others put the pieces into the hole, put the earth back and pushed them down hard. We continued doing that until all the work was done. Although we were exhausted, but we felt fulfilled on our way back home.

There are many similarity between doctors and teachers. First, both doctors and teachers are considering professionals by their communities. The classification of professionals is the high socioeconomic rank where an individual can achieve in this society. Second, both doctors and teachers help others: doctors heal to the bodies of sick people and return them to healthy. And teachers shape the minds of young people and turn them into responsible, educating adults. Last, both doctors and teachers are essential members of a community. It is difficult to imagine a city or town that has not need of neither a doctor or a teacher. Such place would truly be primitive.

Although he is a busy businessman, but he spends a lot of his free time hang out with my brother and me. He always supports my education. He sent me to the best schools and allow me to study abroad when I was 18. And he always listens to my idea even though they are stupid sometime. My father has a warm heart, whom is famous in our community. Most of my neighbors know my father because his kindness. Every time he sees the homeless in the street, he stops to give him some money. At weekends, he provides free rides for old people of our community.

When I was at middle school, I have a nice classmate, which was the first foreigner I had ever met. She was friendly and very pretty. She was good in three languages, so she was born in China. It was interesting that her father was a Frenchman while her mother came from England. All of them were teaching at a university at that time. She was crazy about collect stamps, listening to pop music, as well as playing the football. Her dream was to be a engineer, so she usually studied harder to achieve it. She often told funny stories in English to make us laughing. We all liked her.

Now a scientist has discovered a certain electronic sounds have strange effects on rats. He declares they break down with their legs trembled . Then it is simply a matter of throwing them out by their tail. I wonder that the same thing will happen to my neighbor someday.
