I went to see film after supper. On my way to the cinema, I met an old English woman, she had lost her way. I gave up the chance to see the film, walking towards her and took her to her hotel. Three years ago, I became a student in an ordinary school. Disappointing as I felt at the shabby campus and the poorly-equipped classroom, I find the teachers patient and considerate. However, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in class. I decided to make the best for it. I worked hardly and got along well with teachers and classmates. Whenever I had difficulties, they were always available. Soon, I became one of the top student in my class, what greatly increased my confidence and I got more motivated. Recently a top school in Nanjing announced its new rules. One of them is that students are not allowed to watching Hunan TV at weekends. Instead, CCTV is recommended. Once knowing to the public, the rule set off a heated discussion among teachers, students and parents. Some are in favour for the school’s decision, believing that children need properly guidance and a good cultural environment during the course of growth. Today is Mother’s Day. I love Mother very much that I’ve done many things for her.

Time is valuable but limit. There’s a famous saying, “Time is money”, this shows the
important of time. When time has gone, it will never return back. It’s a pity when many
people make poorly use of time. They spend their precious time oversleeping, drinking and
traveling. They don’t realize wasting time is equal to waste part of their life. They always

Grandma Moses was crazy about painting soon before she picked it up and worked hard at it．She painted careful and her works were nice．She first painted only to please her, and then began to sell her works with a little money．In 1993, a collector, Louis Caldor happen to see several of Grandma Moses’ work hanging in a shop．He liked them, buying them at once, and set out to look for less．Caldor held a show to introduce the works of Grandma Moses other artists．Grandma Moses, who was world-famous, was died on December 13, 1961, at the age of 101．
