My interest has been in books instead in food since I went to high school. In the past I was real interested in all kinds of food. In summer day I liked to buy ice cream and cold drink, while in while I liked to buy sweets and some another food. Whenever I went for a walk with my parents I would ask them buy me something. However, after I went to the high school, I found I was putting on weight. So, I had to give up habit of eating my favorite foods. Now I like to spend money on all kinds of books, and my parents were always complaining that I am a money spender.

The saying that practice makes perfect mean that after you have plenty of practice in what you were doing，you will be perfect in it．If you want improve your study and work，remembering that the most important thing is how to put the knowledge you have learned into practice．For example，when learning a language，though you can make full use for your talent，practice is necessary．If you only learn grammar rules by the heart and don’t do enough exercise，it’s certain that you can’t understand the language perfectly．But if you real practise a lot，maybe you will understand them much better．In this way，you can apply that you have learned better．

Nowadays, there is a increasing number of people joining in the activities of volunteering. It’s well-known that volunteering jobs are making contributions to society with something in return. Moreover, we can often see many students go to visit the old to take warm to them. Even though some people’s career is a volunteer. They are ready to helping others. Students need enough sports and activities to keep fit and relax, and in some schools students are not giving enough time to do outdoor activities. Teachers ask students to spend most of their time at studies. But if students feel tired, they can’t pay attention to that they’re studying. They will be in a bad health. It’s also not good for his studies. In my opinions, it’s important give students enough time to do outdoor activities. Then they will enjoy better health and work hard.
