Are you a problem shopper? The answer is “Yes”, if you or someone else thinks that you sometimes get carried away with shopping. In other words, do you or does someone else think you are occupied in extreme shopping? If people have regrets later about their shopping, or have an “out-of-control” feeling about the quantities of what they buy or the amount of credit they use, they may be considered to be problem shoppers.
Extreme shopping can lead to a more serious problem –addictive shopping. Addictive shoppers feel driven by the desire to shop and spend money. They experience great tension which drives them to shop and spend money and they feel a “rush” during the time they are occupied with the shopping activity.
Extreme or addictive shopping may result from long-time unpleasant feelings, of which anxiety, pain and shame are common ones. When we feel bad inside, we often do something to make ourselves feel better. In this case, we often go shopping.
A few people shop to relieve their boredom or emptiness. For some people, the motivation is a desire for status, power, beauty or success. Some love to shop as it makes them feel valued in the eyes of the shop assistants. Others shop simply because it makes them forget, at least temporarily, tension, fear or unhappiness in their life.
Besides, shopping malls are designed to encourage continual shopping. For instance, there are some malls where you can’t see clocks displaying the time because they don’t want you to become too aware of the time you spend there. What’s more, food courts, coffee shops and restrooms are provided, so you don’t have to leave the mall because of your physical needs.
Therefore, once you become aware of how market forces work, you will certainly come to control your shopping behavior. For example, how much time you will spend and what areas you will visit can be decided before you enter the mall. Keep a written account of what items you will buy and how much money you will spend. Make a plan for what you are going to buy before you feel the urge to shop and then stick to it. That is vital for gaining self-control.

The phenomenon is becoming more and more popular that human beings have developed a closely relationship with the most dangerous of animals-Kevin Richardson treats lions like kitty cats,Andre Hartman has a special bond with Great White Sharks and now there is 79year old Werner Freund who has spent the last 40 years of his life in the company of wolves.
While details about how and why the former paratrooper(伞兵) became attached to these beautiful wild animals are a little summary,he has been tending them in his 25acre Wolvespark located in the German province of Saarland, since 1972.While he currently has a group of 29,over the years he has raised almost 70 wolves belonging to all breeds(种属) ranging from Siberian to Arctic,Canadian,European and even,Mongolian. The wolves treat Werner as if he were one of their own. They nuzzle(依偎) against him, play with him and are generally sheeplike when he is around, just like they would be around a head wolf!
This, however,is not accidental-It is a position that Werner works on establishing and maintaining with a simple act, every single day-Whenever it's feeding time,he calls his wolves to come for the raw meat by howling. As the hungry animals rush to get their food, they are always met with this scene-Werner sinking his teeth into the raw meat first. While this may sound a little rude, that is how the position of hierarchy(等级) is established in the animal world. It is always the leader male that gets the first meal and only when he signals, can the rest join in.Werner's wolves know this rule quite well and never challenge his authority.
While wolves, the largest member of the dog family, are believed to be dangerous, they rarely attack humans.Werner says that in reality, they are beautiful gentle souls, whose reputation has been tarnished,by fairy tales like Red Riding Hood!We can know________from the first paragraph.

I do a lot of hiking. And I can step out of my house and within minutes reach a beautiful forest where I walk for exercise every day.I see many photography subjects such as parrots, snakes, hares, big trees and flowers. There are so many different flowers around my place that once I decided to see how many types I could count in a onehourlong walk, and I counted over 100.
Needless to say,as a keen amateur photographer,I always take a camera with me.I have three favorites: a Pentax Optio RZ10,a Sony Alpha 390 and a Panasonic Lumix FZ100.I mostly take the Pentax pocket camera with me.This Pentax pocket camera takes images as good as those from much more expensive Single Lens(镜头)Reflex cameras. It allows you to get to just 1 cm from the subject, and these images are of astonishing clarity(清楚).I can stick the camera right into a flower. And the photo shows fantastic details.
The Pentax is also good at taking landscapes. The color is natural and price again the details even of distant objects are great.Sometimes, even when I have one of my other cameras with me,I still just use the Pentax pocket camera.About half of all the images on my website were taken with the Pentax.
The Pentax takes quality images in poor light and the zoom works well. You have to work hard to get a blurry(模糊的)shot. This is an especially good feature at parties and gatherings. You get fantastic photos of people. You don't have to wait for them to keep still.
Keep this camera in your pocket or in the car.It takes up little room;it's light and you'll never regret it!Why does the author walk through the beautiful forest every day?

D.it is good to take a quick photo with the Pentax |
