Good morning , everyone,
It’s great honor for me to speak here. My name’s Li Xiaojun, born of a harmonious family. My father and mother are all high school teacher . Influenced by them, I read widely during my early age, but I’ve developed a great interest in arts and sports. I’m easy –going , get along well with my classmates.
It is this personality which helps me win over all my classmates’ friendships, and also help me overcome many difficulties both in academic and personal life. Being admitted in your University has always been a beautiful dream for me. I dream constantly that I, along with mine classmates, will study happy with the help of the respectable professors; I dream that I will swim freely in the sea, enjoying the waves of knowledge.
I hope all my dream will come true in the near future.

People communicate in words. Do you think you can communicate without words? A smile on your face show you are happy but friendly. Tears in eyes tell the others that you are sad. So colleges and universities help with them grow up.

In order to be successful，you should first of all never give up whatever happen．If you fail，you should never lose heart．In the contrary，you must build up your confidence or work even harder．You should always remember that working hard was the key to success. Besides，you should pay a great attention to your working methods．That is necessary for you to take every chance improve them．Finally，you should try to get along well with your co-workers，cared for each other and helping each other．If you follow these rule，you will certain achieve great success in the future．

Dear Jim,
I'd like to tell you something more about our school sports meet. It was holding on Oct. 6, which was a fine day. There were over 1,000 students and teachers attend it. Wang Lin, a student from my class won the 100-metre race. He finish the race in 12.6 seconds and broke in the school record. The sports meet was really success. That was because we were all trying to do my best. Although I was not one of the winner, I was proud of that we had done.
