I had a interesting dream last night. I dreamed that I took part in a race. At first, I could not run very fast and fall behind. So I didn’t lose heart and kept running. All the students on the playground cheer me on, “Come on!” I was so encouraged that I ran faster and fast till I caught up all the other runners. I felt as if flying like a superman. As a senior three student, it won’t take long after I graduate. Now, I have much to share with my fellow student.
Firstly, I’d like to show my appreciation to those stand by me all the way, teachers, parents and friends included. Without their help and advice, my life will be different. Secondly, it’s high time for I to say sorry to the classmates whom I hurt or misunderstand. I firm believe that communication and smiles act as bridges to friendship. Three years ago I failed a important exam in my life and became a student in an ordinary school. Disappointing as I felt at the shabby campus and the poorly-equipped classroom, we found the teachers patient and considerate. Besides, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere on class. I decided to make best of it. I work hard and got along well with my teachers and classmates. Whenever I had difficulties, they were not helpful. Soon , I became one of the top student in my class, which greatly increased my confident and got me motivated.
My experience tells me that it is not what you are given but how you make use of it which determines who you are.
