It was 7:15 in the morning of February 8, 2007. I was walking along Park Road towards the east while an old man came out of the park on the other sides of the street．Then I saw a yellow car drive up Third Street and made a right turn into Park Road．The next moment the car hit the man while she was crossing the road. He fell with a cry. The car didn’t stop and drive off at full speed heading west. I noticed the driver was young woman wore a pair of glasses and the plate number was AC864. I like riding my bike. Though it is not very new, but it is my best friend. I find very convenient to go anywhere with a bike. Riding gives me not only exercises but also pleasure. Of all the teachers in my primary school, the one which impressed me most was Mrs. Huang. She was my 5th grade teacher. She was able to making learning fun and I liked her classes very much. Besides, she made me leader of many group project, which gave me confidence. That was with her help that I soon became top student in our class. Looked back on it, I’m very proud for having such an excellent teacher. The reason why I did so good was that she made me to feel confident. I am really grateful to her and I hoped one day I will become a teacher like her.

My father was the biology professor. When I was young he was used to take me to the biology lab, there I saw pigs, cats and other animals. My father also influenced me through nature walks. He often took me on a walk in the backyard. We would catch frogs, snakes and firefly. He seemed know everything about wildlife. Eighteen years later, think about my father and his influence on my life, I feel very luckily. I am grateful that I got the chance to learn from her. It is easy to go downhill than to climb uphill. So it is also easier to fall into bad habits than into good one. Bad habits do not come sudden. It come little by little . School boys first picksup a little in school and on the street. When they can’t write into their homework, they copy from their schoolmates. If they see bigger boys smoking, they also want learn to smoke. When they get bigger, the habits became stronger and stronger, so that they can not longer get rid of them. When an English traveler, who spent a few week in Sweden, was about to return to home, he found he had only enough money left to get a ticket to England.
