People who are near-sighted can only look things that are very close to their eyes. Everything before their eyes seem unclear. Many people do a lot of close work, writing, reading and sewing become near-sighted. So they have to wear glass so as to see distance objects clearly. People who are far-sighted suffered from just the opposite problem. Although they can't see things that are far away, they have difficulty reading a book if they hold them at an arm's length. If they want to do many reading, they have to wear glasses, too. Other people do not see clearly because of their eyes aren't exactly of the right shape.
It was time for supper. Mr. and Mrs. Beer were sitting at table and waiting their daughter Jennet to return back from work. It was late. The parents are worried about her. At last she came home and told them that was happened. “While I was shopping in a crowded shop after working, a thief picked my pocket, pushing the crowd and ran away. What could I do? Last Monday, we were having our Chinese class while the teacher suddenly slip and fell. We were all worried about her. One of the boy carried her on the back, under the help of some others, to the clinic immediately. It turned out that her right leg was breaking and she had to stay in hospital. The following day, we went to visit her with flowers and fruit. Seeing her laying in bed with leg wrapped in bandages, we felt sorry for her and hoped that she would recover soon. After watching the program “Where Are We Going, Dad ?”, I can’t help think of my parents. There’re also many unforgettable memory between us. One Sunday ten years later, my dad and I went camping. He prepared all the equipment and taught me how to put a tent, that for a boy of seven wasn’t easy. He guided me patient and thanked me for my work, making me to feel I was very helpful. That was what my pride and confidence came, As the program told us, parents play important role in the growth of children. I’m grateful to my parents for their devotion of accompanying me.
