Dancing can provide an outstanding cardiovascular (心血管的) workout, but this week the members of Ballet NY come to Pittshurgh to dance for people whose hearts need help. Mannheim Steamroller will bring a breath of “Fresh Air” to the Benedum Center, Downtown, Monday.
