Travelling by subway can be quite a adventure, especially during rush hours. You have to fight your way into the carriage, and that’s not the end. You also have to protect yourself from big backpacks and fight for space with this who sit and stretch their legs.
To deal with this problem, New York City has start a campaign making people take off their backpacks on the subway. The movement is also aiming at male riders who like spreading their legs to take up two, or even three seats.
Some people say that the campaign limit everyone’s freedom. Male travelers even feel it is unfair, saying that women who cross their legs also take up too much space. So the campaign has been supported by people who are concerned about person behavior in public spaces.
In fact, all countries have written or unwritten rule that travelers are expected to follow. For example, eating and drinking on the subway are banned in many cities, include Washington DC in the US and Brussels in Belgium.
So next time when you take public transportation, avoid bad behavior.

He spends most of his spare time doing volunteer work at weekends, help the old or the disabled, who shows his character of responsibility and kindness. With great intelligence, diligence, good learning methods and positive attitudes, he studied well in all the subjects and often ranks among the top three in the class. The saying that practice makes perfect mean that after you have plenty of practice in what you were doing，you will be perfect in it．If you want improve your study and work，remembering that the most important thing is how to put the knowledge you have learned into practice．For example，when learning a language，though you can make full use for your talent，practice is necessary．If you only learn grammar rules by the heart and don’t do enough exercise，it’s certain that you can’t understand the language perfectly．But if you real practise a lot，maybe you will understand them much better．In this way，you can apply that you have learned better．

Nowadays, there is a increasing number of people joining in the activities of volunteering. It’s well-known that volunteering jobs are making contributions to society with something in return. It’s as the Spirit of Lei Feng. However, knowing this, there are still many people would like to devote themselves to this trend. For instance, the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games had such many volunteers. They make lots of contributions to the success of the Olympics. Moreover, we can often see many students go to visit the old to take warm to them. Even though some people’s career is a volunteer. They are ready to helping others. Although the volunteers are much more common, we still need to thank they for devoting themselves to society.
