Jim was a football player. He was very healthy when he was young.
But he hasn’t played football since he left school. He liked eating very much and he ate lots of food which contained a lot of fat, such as meat, fish, chicken, and so on. Because of this, he put on weight very fast. He became very very fat before long.
One day, he looked into the mirror, “Is that me?” He was surprised,” I have changed so much that I can hardly recognize myself. I must lost weight.”
So he went to see a doctor who advised him to play tennis and do enough exercise. He started to do exercise two days later. He spent two hours playing tennis every morning. When he played it, he burned up lots of calories.
From then on, he became thinner day by day. He looked into the mirror once again another day.” That is really me.” He said and smiled.

Jim became fatter and fatter because he ate so much and didn’t do any sports.
