Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
This is an old English saying (谚语). It means that we should go to bed early at night and get up early in the morning. If we do, we shall be healthy. We shall also be rich and clever.

Tibetan Antelopes
Tibetan antelopes (藏羚羊) are medium-sized animals. They mainly feed on grass. They are usually found in groups of about 20. Elephants
Elephants are very big and strong. They are bigger than any other animals on land. They are grey and have long trunks and tusks. They have poor eyesight, but very good hearing and smell. Tom was a farmer. He worked on the farm all day, but sometimes he went to the town market to sell fruit and vegetables. One day, a terrible sound attracted his attention in the town market.
