Nowadays Grade 3 students are general faced with a lot of pressure, which is rather common. To reduce it, the followed suggestions may help, first of all, know exactly what lead to your pressure, and then you can take measures to deal with it. Secondly, set up a goal what is not too high, in another words, don't put too much pressure on yourself. Thirdly, find a way to relax you occasionally, for example, you can listen to music, go swim or just simply go walking. I was angry about the act of dishonesty in the exams． I'm not saying that I'm a goodstudent or I've never cheated. I once wrote the answer in my hand for a history testbut , unlucky, was caught by my teacher．Because she was one of my most favorites,there were no words to describe how sorry．I felt at once．I thought cheat would helpme keep my straight A's．Little did I know that I was hurting not only herself but also myteacher．From this lesson I know teacher want students to succeed by learning on theirown and do the best they can, not by cheating．

As students, we have classes for early morning till late afternoon．Therefore, take a ten-minute break between class is definitely important, even necessary. Otherwise we may feel both physically or mentally tired. During the ten-minute break we did something to get rid of tiredness．What we need is to have real rest, instead of getting even tired．So don't do anything that will make you too excited．My ten-minute break is always pleased．I usually take some exercise．Sometime I have a free chat with my classmates．When the new class begins, I feel freshly again.
