Yesterday, I saw the old lady fall down when I was hurrying to school. I was about to help her up while suddenly a passer-by stop me, saying that I might be accused of knocking her down. Heard his words, I began to hesitate and slow down my steps. At the same time, another student, that saw everything, went up to help. The old lady said nothing but lots of thank to the good boy. I felt ashamed. As is known to all, help others is forever a good virtue. Even though some old people are becoming immorally, we can’t let it to disappear. Mary Daniels is a student in England. This year she had a very interested
summer holiday. He travelled with fifteen others people to the Tuwenzori Mountains
in Africa. They went there to help make a road through a forest among two big towns.
“It was very difficult because of there was no water to drink and no shops that we
could buy food,” said Mary. “It was also very cold and wetter in the mountains. It is
one of the wettest place in the world.” Mary stays in the mountains for six weeks. It
was hard work, but she said it was best thing she had ever done. She is hoping to
return next year to do some more work there.

It is three years now since I graduate from Xinhua High School. Last Sunday, the class that I was on held a get-together, which took us a long time prepare. It was indeed not easy to get in touch with everybody and set a properly time for all of us. We all enjoyed a precious day greatly, remember the time we spent together. It reminded us of the interesting stories and the people they were familiar with. It was a pity which some of us were not present as they had gone to abroad for further studies, but they called back or sent greeting card from different places.

I was the other day when she told me that she had been given a school friend of hers
a hug every day. That was why she realized the girl “wasn’t getting a lot love at home”.
It seems that she not only reached out to her friends these days but to her teachers
and other children as well as. I thought that was awesome! So, I gave she a card for
her act of kindness and told her all for it. She liked the idea very much that she decided
to find someone else to give the card so they could continue passing it forward!

Dear Mr. Green,
I am very exciting to learn that you will start a magazine. That sounds great and I definitely agree you on that.
Some of the columns that you mention in the letter are really my cup of tea. “Cultural Express” give us a better understanding of the world. Since people from different part of the world have different values, it’s necessary to learn from each another. Apart from that, “Blurt Out” is pretty good for Chinese students to learn English idioms and improving oral English. “Entertainment” is also cool! The popular singers, actors or celebrities are so attractively that you absolutely can’t miss this part. Teenagers are to fond of popular things, too.
Well, I can’t list more, I really can’t wait to read this magazine.

You can not imagine what a dream I had last night. I dreamed that I took part in a race. At first, I could not to run very fast and fell behind. So I didn't lose heart and kept run. All the students on the playground cheer me on, "Come on! "I was so encouraged that I ran faster and fast till I caught up all the other runners. I felt as if I were flying like a superman. In an end, I got to the finishing line first. I won the race. I felt very proudly of myself. Many of my classmate threw me up into the air. Just at that time，I woke up and found me still in bed!
