For almost two months Dominic York, a 23-year-old hairdresser, wandered about hospitals all night, wearing a white coat and pretending he was a doctor. "School Refusal," formerly known as ''School Phobia", is an actual anxiety-based disorder. Many children are vague about their complaints and unable to be sure what is making them anxious, so it is sometimes regarded as typical childhood will fullness.
