During the summer holiday, I helped my parents did a lot of housework, like cooking, washing and clean the house. At first, I didn’t know what to do these things, but thanks to my mother, I learned a lot of. At the end of each day, when my parents came home after a day’s hard works, they could see clean house and enjoy the dishes I cooked for them. The smile on their face were the best award for my efforts. I felt very happy though exhausting. Helping my parents was challenging and very rewarding. It made my holiday much meaningful.

Today is Sunday. The sky is full of sunshine, so does my life. At about 9:00 a.m., I go to the bookstore with my friends. There was a lot of new books. I didn’t know what one to buy because these books were all useful to me. At 10:00, we went to cinema. The film was called The Earthquake of Tangshan but some people were waiting outside the booking office. It took us about two hours to see it. Having been seen the film, everyone was deeply moving. My dream is to become a school teacher in the future. In fact, I had the dream of becoming a teacher since my childhood. In my opinion, without teachers, no society could make progresses. I love camping. It’s my favorite way to spent the summer vacation. Last year, my family and I went camping in the countryside. It was one of the most excited experiences I had never had. We slept in a tent and went on a long walk every day. We cook over a fire and the food always tasted wonderfully. For a whole week, I saw lovely mountain views or breathed fresh air. At night, I heard the gentle wind blowing in the tree, and I felt so peaceful. It doesn’t cost many to camp, and what I believe it’s the best way to get close nature and enjoy its beauty.
