There are many TV programs on Chinese cuisines (烹饪，美食), but few are “A Bite of China”. It tries to bring something new by introducing Chinese food, such as
habits and stories about food.
It’s said that more than 100 million Chinese people are the program. Most Chinese people like this program bettter than any other food program. They think it is an excellent program and it
us a special view between people and food. This program helps the world learn more about Chinese
and culture. It also shows the beauty of Chinese cuisines.
