After watch “English TV” last Sunday morning, I phoned to my classmate and told him to go to see a film in the afternoon. Before the film was over, we returned to school to do our lessons. While we are having a rest in the corridor, I saw Mr. Liu, my head teacher. He told me that we had made some progresses in English, but my Chinese lagged behind, especially my Chinese composition. He suggested I must read more and keeping a diary every day. In the evening my father told me that reading newspapers would do me good for improving composition writing. That was really good idea! Last Sunday I saw a worst storm in years .It came sudden and went on for over three hours .After lunch, I went into my room to have a rest .The air was hot, but all was quiet. I have learnt English for a long period, so I often make mistakes when speak the language. I wonder what will happen if I will meet with a native speaker . The English corner is the place which I can practice my speaking English. In a real situation, I can talk to others about whatever I want to say. The day before yesterday, I went to the bookstore where is near our school to buy a reference book. It was Saturday, so there was many people. Under the help of the shop assistants, I quickly got the book I needed. I was about to leave when I found someone trying to steal a man’s money. Although I was nervous, but I tried to think of a way to help. Suddenly, a good idea came me. I stepped on the man’s foot on purposes. As I expected, the man’s scream gives the thief a fright, whom quickly walked out of the shop. After hear my explanation, the man smiled and showed great gratitude to him.

This autumn, my class went to the seaside to go camp.We arrived at a sandy beach with a well view of the sea and mountains. We set up our tents on the sandy beach, when night fell we started a fire to give us light and kept us warm.All my classmates sat around them, talking, singing and laughing. Several hours later ，Robert and I went back to the tent to have the chat. We stayed up all night. We found that we two had a lot of in common. For example, we all like the same singers and have a great enthusiasm for physics. The fire and stars see our happiness. What I wished time would stop at the moment!
