This morning I got up early and went to school as usually, only to find there were nobody in the classroom because it is Sunday. “How a bad memory I have!” I couldn’t help laughing. Water is very important to us, without that there would be no life. We couldn’t live if we didn’t have water. Therefore, some people don’t turn the tap off at once after using it. As a middle school student of Senior Three, I do sports one and two hours a day, such as doing morning exercises, playing basketball and long-distance running. I think it is real helpful to me. Take exercise makes me even more healthy so that I won’t be ill very often. What’s more, I also get myself relaxing in different kinds of sports. Only in this way I do a better job in my study in high spirit. By doing physics exercise, I’m becoming stronger and confident than ever. I do not think that this is necessary for everyone to spend a little time on sports every day because people’s health is the most important one in modern life.

I firmly believe that everyone in the world loves their mother. So am I. My mother is a ordinary teacher. She always works hard, just as other mothers do every day. In fact, she isn’t good health. She had been suffering from arthritis(关节炎)for many years. Despite of this, she never stops working or giving up hope. I still remember the day when my mother accepted a card of congratulations for Teachers’ Day from her director. The card was read “thank you for your hard works; Happy Teacher’s Day to you!” At that moment, I was so moving that tears came to my eyes. I am proud for my mother.
