It was reported that a fire broke out in a tall building in Beijing on Thursday afternoon. No one was killed in the fire. The building, which caught fire, is near the three-tower shopping and office complex(综合体) named Xihuan Plaza. One of the three towers was in heavy smoke because of the polyfoam(泡沫塑料)outside.
