But you'll never really know the answer to this question you are tested in real life. Some people they are brave but when they come face to face with real ，they act like cowards. Other people think of themselves as cowards, but when they meet danger, they act like Lenny Sputnik had always thought of himself as a person. He got worried before examinations. He worried about his job and health. All he wanted in life was to be safe and healthy. ，on January 15th，1982，a plane crashed into the Potomac River in Washington. Lenny went to the river to see what was happening. He saw a woman in the water. Lenny did not feel afraid. He kept very and did a very courageous thing. Sometimes your biggest weakness can become your biggest strength． the story of this boy for example．He decided to study judo(柔道) he had lost his left in a car accident．
The boy began lessons an old Japanese judo master．The boy was doing well， he couldn’t understand why，after three months of training，the master had him only one move．
“Sensei，”the boy said to his master，“shouldn’t I be learning more moves?”

That morning, I stepped into the classroom, ready to share my knowledge and experience with seventy-five students who would be my English Literature class. Have you ever not wanted to do something so badly that you would rather die than go? Well that’s how I about joining Madcaps, a mothers and daughters club assisting philanthropies（慈善事业）.But now I believe that you open up your mind to things because eventually you might end up enjoying it.
“It’s a waste of time”, I said when my mom told I had to join Madcaps, and then when she said I had to at a homeless shelter I thought this just could not be .
We got there late, of course, and the security guard led us to the kitchen we ran into 48 other fellow Madcaps members. Since I’m so socially awkward（糟糕的） I had met only one person at a pool party, earlier this year. I looked around for her but she was not there. Damn, I was ! When the man in charge came out and asked for 3 mothers to work outside the to clean up the plates, my mom just happened to volunteer leaving me to food with others.

Last weekend I was out walking with my dog. She loves wandering around and seeing we meet, so it becomes a social walk rather than an exercise.
