It is five years now since I graduate from No. 3 High School. Last Saturday, the class that I was on held a get-together, which took us a long time prepare. It was indeed not easy to get in the touch with everybody and set a well time for all of us. We all enjoyed this precious day greatly, remember the time we spent together and the people they were familiar with. It was a pity which some of us were not present as they had gone to abroad for further study, but they called back or sent greeting card from different places.

One day Mr. White made a very nice models plane. All his children liked it very much and wanted to play it first. They quarreled as they could not agree each other. Mr. White thought hard and then he has an idea. He got his children together, said, “This plane is only for best child. He or she never quarrels with Mother and always helps doing housework.” The children looked at him sad when they heard their father’s words. Then they had an idea. The eldest brother said,” We think of it is only for you, Dad!” With the word, the children ran away.
Rose wanted a job. She went to many offices and she didn’t like any of them. One day she saw a board in an office read: “This office needs a typist whom can type 200 words a minute.” Rose was exciting. She then went to the manager’s office. Rose knocked at the door and the manager raised her head. “Do you need a typist?” asked Rose. “Yes!” he said. Rose clapped(拍) her hand and asked, “OK! How much will you pay for me every month?” The manager thought for a while and said, “I will pay you 77 dollars for first three months. Then I will pay you 30 dollars every month.” Rose smiled and answer, “Great! I will come and work here three months late.” The manager was speechless.

There are many different signs in the public. They tell you what to do or what not to do in a place. Do you know what they exact mean? For example, if you go to see a film, you should enter the cinema at the ENTRANCE and leave for the EXIT. You will either find NO SMOKING signs in many cinemas. If you visit a museum, don’t take some photos inside the halls. You are not allowed. You will find NO PHOTOS signs in many museum. When you drive a car, don’t park in a street without a NO PARKING sign. Making sure you understood the signs and you won’t get into any trouble.
