It's time for school! But on May 14th, 170 students at Duncanville High School in Texas, US, were told to go back home. Why? Because they were wearing the wrong clothes to school. Now, "the favourite new target ( 目 标 ) of the school dress code" is leggings( 紧 身 裤 ), reported the Associated Press. Some schools don't allow leggings. Other schools ask students to wear a shirt or a skirt over leggings.
Some students complain  (抱怨)   that schools are going too far. But schools say dress codes help protect students' safety and make sure they grow up with good taste."We want to teach them that they must meet the expectations (期望) not only here in school, but also outside school," said Andre Smith.

“When can I get a cell phone?” The answer is when your parents think you need one, though many kids seem to be getting them around age 12 or 13. Some younger kids may have them because their parents see it as a matter of safety and convenience (便利). For example, a kid can call mom and dad when sports practice is over. And a cell phone can give kids almost instant access(快捷通道) to their parents if something goes wrong or they need help. It can give parents quick access to their kids so they can check on them and make sure they’re OK.
If you do get a cell phone, make some rules with your parents, such as how many minutes you’re allowed to spend on the phone, when you can use your phone, when the phone must be turned off, and what you will do if someone calls you too often, and so on.
You’ll also have to learn to take care of the phone in your life. Keep it charged(充电) and store it in the safe place so it doesn’t get lost. And whatever you do, don’t use it in the bathroom. I know someone who dropped her phone in the toilet!

Everyone wants to have a perfect life. But how can we own that? The writer called Brian Tracy tells us some tips:
The first goal common to all of us is healthy and energy.
We all want to be healthy and fit, to have high levels of energy
and to live free of pain and illness. Today, with the quick
development of medical science, the quality of our health and fitness, and our lifespan, is largely determined by design, not by chance. People with excellent health habits are far healthier, have more energy, and live longer and better than people who have poor health habits.
The second goal that we all have in common is to enjoy excellent relationships, getting along well with the people we like and respect, and who like, love and respect us in turn. Fully 85% of your happiness will be determined by the quality of your relationships(人际关系) at each time, and in each area, of your life. How well you get along with people, and how much they like, love and respect you, has more effect on the quality of your life than perhaps any other reasons.
The third common goal is to do work that we enjoy, to do it well, and to be well paid for it. You want to be able to get and keep the job you want, to get paid more and promoted(提升) faster. You want to earn as much money as possible at any time, whatever you do.
The last goal we all have in common is to reach the point in life where you have enough money so that you never have to worry about money again. You want to be completely free of worries about money.

The passage mainly helps us to ______________________.

A.keep healthy B.make money
C.have a perfect life D.enjoy working

We can get more healthy and energetic if we ____________________.

A.wear well-designed clothes B.catch the good chance
C.have good health habits D.eat more medicine

Good relationship is needed ________________________________.

A.in rich areas
B.at each time and in each area
C.when we are at school
D.among people we like and respect

The statement is true EXCEPT that___________ according to the writer..

A.we can mostly design our health and our lifespan
B.the relationship with others can effect on your life quality
C.doing work that we enjoy is a part of a perfect life
D.money is the most important thing to a perfect life.
