While Joe left university, he got a good job in a bike factory. After he had worked there for some years, he decided to have change. One Sunday morning we go fishing at a lake. We took ours fishing poles and headed for the lake.As soon as we arrived, so we dropped the lines into the water.Before waiting for about half an hour, I was beginning to get impatiently, I wanted to give up, and my grandfather told me to wait a little longer. Finally, there were a sudden pull at the pole and fish was caught. Within the next few minute, my grandfather also caught a fish.

I have a good friend who name is Liu Mei．She is our monitor and one of the excellent student in our class．Clever as she is，but she works very hard．We have a lot on common and have a lot to talk about．One evening，she told me that something happened when her parents was out．She was doing her homework one Sunday morning while she smelt something burning．She stopped look out of the window and found a cloud of smoke come out of her neighbor’s house．She called 119 immediate．Ten minutes later, the firemen came and put out fire．Her neighbor was very thankful for her help．

One rainy day while I was walking home with one of my friend, a truck came to a stop besides us. The driver put the window down and offered us a umbrella because he found we were wet through. I stood there and couldn’t believe in that a complete stranger is so thoughtful. The man insisted, so I grateful accepted the offer, thanked him and watched the truck disappear down the road. This man might need the umbrella himself, and he preferred to give it to everyone else. It was a lesson to us that it was possible give without expect anything in return.
