A new report from a university says 80% of the world's teens don't get enough exercise every day, The report was based on (基于) a research done with about 2 million students aged 11 to 17 around the world.According to the report , activity standards are different in different countries and they are also different between boys and girls. In China, for example, only 20% of the boys are active enough, compared to 11% of the girls.

Why don't teens go out for exercise? One main reason is that they always have technology products in their hands or around them. They spend too much time on smartphones, computers and TVs in their free time. Many teens find it very hard to pull themselves away from these devices (设备).The report says that young people need to do less in the digital world but more in the real world. It advises kids to get at least an hour of exercise every day. This could include running, biking, playing sports, or many other outdoor activities.

More and more research shows that exercise not only helps the body, but also helps the brain.Besides, doing sports helps kids to make friends. Mark, a sports fan, started to play football when he was six years old. He used to be shy and weak, but now he has become taller and stronger. He gets to know the importance of communicating with his teammates and how to learn from mistakes and failure. And he has made lots of friends with the same interest. How do you feel about your looks? Is it important to have a beautiful face? Are there other things that can make a person special? The way you look is special. Do you know what I mean by that? We all look a little different. Some of us are tall, Some of us are fat.The point is, all of us have our own look一our own face.

Sometimes,we might feel bad about looking different. We might feel like we look ugly or strange. But our differences are what make us special.

I recently watched a speech by a man named Robert Hoge. He was born with a strange﹣looking face. His mother always worried that he would face many difficulties in life.

But what Hoge did changed his mother's mind little by little.Strangers would stare at him or even make fun of him. But he didn't care at all. He decided to accept his face and feel confident(自信的) in himself. He has made a decision to live an amazing life.

It's hard when you feel like you don't look "normal" or"perfect".But the truth is,no one is perfect. The important thing to remember is that you are special, no matter what you look like.

根据短文内容,判断下列各句正(T)、误(F).

(1)According to the writer, all of us look a little different.

(2)The writer recently watched a speech by Robert Hoge's mother.

(3)Hoge's mother used to worry that he would face many difficulties in life.

(4)When strangers made fun of him, Hoge lost his confidence.

China is famous for tea.Drinking tea is very popular in China and even around the world. It's said that a Chinese ruler called Shen Nong was the first to discover tea as a drink.A few thousand years later,Lu Yu,"the saint of tea", mentioned Shen Nong in his book Cha Jing. The book describes how tea plants were grown and used to make tea.

Nowadays, according to different processing ways, there are mainly four kinds of Chinese tea. They are green tea, black tea,Oolong tea and scented (有香味的)tea.Without fermentation(发酵),green tea keeps the original color of the tea. If the green tea is fermented before baking,it will be black tea.Oolong tea is partially (部分地) fermented. And if fragrantflowers are mixed in the tea during the processing, the scented tea will be made.

Tea is produced in many different areas in China. For example, Anxi and Hangzhou are widely known for their tea. Tea plants are grown on the sides of mountains. When the leaves are ready, they are picked by hand and then are sent for processing. Later, the tea is packed and sent to many different countries and places around China.

It's believed that tea was brought to Korea and Japan during the 6 thand 7 thcenturies. In England, tea didn't appear until around 1660. The tea trade from China to Western countries took place in the 19 thcentury.

Tea is good for people's health and plays an important role in Chinese social life.
