Robert is a thirty-five-year-old American. He becomes a man in science. Once, he was interviewed by a newspaper reporter who asked him why he could be so much more creative than other people. He said that, in his opinion, it all came from an experience with his when he was about two years old.
That day, when he was trying to a bottle of milk out of the fridge, but he dropped the milk bottle. The milk spilled all over the _ floor, which turned out to be a sea of milk. He was afraid.
When his mother came into the kitchen, instead of him, she smiled. She said, “Robert, what a great and wonderful mess you have made! I have __ seen such a huge puddle of milk before. Well, since it has already been done, would you like to get down and play in the milk for a moment before we clean it up?” Robert did his mother told him.
After a few minutes, his mother said, “You know, Robert, whenever you make a mess like this, you have to clean it up at last and put to its right place. So, how would you like to do that? We could use a sponge, a towel or a mop(抹布). Which do you prefer?” He the sponge and together they cleaned up he milk.
His mother then said, “You’d better learn to carry a big milk bottle with two small hands, OK? Let’s go out in the back yard and fill the bottle with water and see if you can find a way to carry it without it.”
The little boy that if he held the bottle at the top near the lip(瓶口) with both hands, he could make it. What a wonderful lesson!
It was at that moment that Robert knew he didn’t need to be _ to make mistakes. Instead, he learned that mistakes were just to learn something new, and that is what scientific experiments are all about. sometimes the experiment “doesn’t work”, we usually can learn something meaningful from it. Wouldn’t it be great if all parents would do the same as Robert’s mother does?

Nowadays green food is popular. We need green food and good health, not all people knew that well years ago. When I was in Grade Seven, my teacher asked us to something about green food by ourselves. We had no idea at first. Then our four-member group had a and went to do some research (调查) in a supermarket. Two of us wrote down the names of the food on the shelves. The other two customers (顾客) some questions like “Do you know what green food is?” “How often do you green food?” and so on. More than 30 customers our questions! Later each group in our class wrote a research report the topic and handed it in (交上). Our teacher chose the ones and put them up on the wall of the classroom. was one of them! We not only learned a lot about green food but also knew how to keep healthy.

Over the years, Mother asked me a couple more and always her answer was, “No, but you are getting every year, my child.” Then last year, my grandpa died. Everybody was crying when it was our to say our final good-bye to Grandpa. Mom asked me, “Do you know the most important body part yet, my dear?”
