I was used to spend happy time with my grandfather, but as I grew up, I gradually started to become self-centered. Once, when I was 8, I went out shopping with him. As he and I took the wrong bus but got lost outside, I could not stay calm and shout rudely at him. I was so stubborn at a time that I wouldn’t say sorry after returning home, believing that I had done nothing wrong. I know now how ridiculous I was at that time! Yet, when I true wanted to express my regret, my grandfather had left me forever, left me with no more chances to apologize for my mistake. We are spent much time at school now, while little time is left for you to spend at home with our families. So make the most every second you still have with your loved ones, although time keeps going, waiting for no one.

Last Sunday I saw a worst storm in years. It came sudden and went on for over three hours. After lunch, I went into my room to have a rest. The air was hot, but all was quiet. Then a strong wind started to blow into my room. Pieces of paper on my desk flew high into the air and some flew out the open window. As I ran out to catch it, big drop of rain began to fall. When I come back into my house, it was raining more harder and harder. Then I heard a loud sound from the back of the house. When I ran out of my room to find out that had happened, a big tree had fallen down and broke the top of the backroom.

It is good to see that today a great amount of people have realized the importance of exercising.
But the problem is whether there are not enough sports facilities to meet the growing demand. I love playing basketball and often play with my friends on weekends. Therefore, it is difficult to rent a basketball field and impossible to find a free one. It seems that all courts in the city were always full of people. Weather permitted, we can play outdoors. But on rainy days or in winter we have to turn to indoor courts. There are not much in my city, and the charge is expensive. It is my strongly recommendation the government should build more public sports facilities, so easier accesses will encourage more people to participate sports.

On the first day when I went to high school，I felt exciting．After 9 years’study, I felt I was so closely to university．During the first year, I made many friends．I got to know all of my classmates．Because the school work was tough．I shared happiness and sorrow for my friends．When second year came，I was arranged to other class．I was worried that no one could talk to me，but I made new friends quickly．Now it was the last year of my high school life，but I'm determined to study more harder and make greater progress．High school life is challenging for me，but I won’t give out．

Before men knew how write, clever men could pass on his knowledge only to the people who could hear them to speak. These listeners could repeat what they heard, but on memory only. Whatever they did not remember was lose. Writing changed all of this. Written knowledges lives on long after the lifetime of the write. Today we can used the information and knowledge which had been gathered for thousands of years. When people the first learned to write, they began to record the stories they had always known and liked.
