增加：在缺词处加一个漏字符号（∧），并在其下面写出该加的词。
删除：多余的词用斜线（\）划掉。
修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。
注意：1.每处错误及其修改均仅限一词；
2.只允许修改10处，多者（从第11处起）不计分。
Last week I went to a movie, it was very touching. It was a sad movie about a mother and her sons. When the child was a little boy, the mother was very poor that she had to send him to a rich couple which had no children. The boy received a very good education and twenty years later he became doctor. In his hospital, he has a patient, who was an old lady. He didn’t care too much about her, for she could hardly afford for the medical care. One evening, the lady died quietly of a serious illness and on her bed the doctor found a letter, in it he discovered the truth and felt the love of a great mother. He wanted to call her “mom”, and it was too late. Everybody in the theatre was moving to tears.

Most families in China hoped their single children will have a happy future, so they are very strict in their
children. So do teachers in school! Many children are given so much homework that they have hardly
any spare time have sports. The children are forbidden to do anything but to study. No wonder such many
children are tired of lessons. Some even attack or kill his parents and teachers! I believe many people
already read this kind of news in newspapers or magazines. Shouldn’t we draw lesson from the accidents?
Now our government is making out a plan to solve the education problems.

Dear Editor,
I’m the only daughter of my parents．So they worried about everything I do．For example, when I ride my bike, my parents won’t let me to ride by myself．They are afraid I might fall off from my bike and hurt myself．They are taking great trouble to support a bike, with my mother even carrying a first-aid box．I’m not free to ride and I often say angry, “Why not let me ride alone?” Now, most family have one child．Parents want to do everything for our children．This does no good to them．Too many love from parents may prevent children from independent．In my opinion, parents should let their children do that they should do alone．

What should you do when your parents become angrily? If yourparents got mad, try to have a conversation with themabout it. Remembering not to shout at them. They usuallywill try to change. But they will take some times to change becausethey always get angry, and that is all they know. Youmight have to change for your method a couple of times. Do any nice things for your parents that they don’t expect— like cooking, doing the dishes, washing clothes, or clean the floors. If this doesn’t work, bring in friend that youfeel comfortable, and have him or her help you.
