merican country music is also known as (被视为) country western music .It has a very long history . It comes from the folk songs of immigrants(移民) from Britain.
Country music users simple music and words to express everyday feelings such as loneliness, love , and sadness . That is to say , country music describes life . It talks about friends and enemies , trucks and roads , farm and crops.. People in many parts of the world like country music, because everyone can understand what the music is about .
Country western music became popular first among cowboys(牛仔) in the American west countryside . Cowboys had to take care of cows day and night. Travelling is one of the most important activities and people like travelling very much. Staying healthy while travelling can make your trip happier. But do you know how to keep healthy during a trip? The following information may be useful to you.
Before leaving
Wear comfortable shoes, a hat and sunglasses.
Take some medicine with you. When you get sick or have other problems, you can have some.
Do some exercise for weeks or months before you leave if you plan to do lots of walking or climbing during your trip.

Jay, an American, wanted to write a book about famous churches (教堂)around the world. Firstly, Jay bought a plane ticket and took a trip to Columbus, Ohio, USA, thinking that he would start by working his way across the USA from East to West.
