Twenty﹣six years ago, Yossi went deep into the Amazon jungle and got lost for three weeks. He lost a lot of weight as the result of hunger and disease (疾病). During this time, Kevin was saved by some fishermen. He quickly went to the town and asked for help from the local people.

Deep in the forest, Yossi climbed around, lost and alone.(3) As the days passed, not only did Yossi run out of food, but he also realized his foot was starting to rot (腐烂) away.

Yossi wanted to give up many times. One day, as he was cleaning a fresh wound on his foot,Yossi heard the sound of a boat engine. He tried his best to get to the river bank.(4) Yossi wanted to shout out but was too tired to do so. How disappointed he was when he saw the search party turning around and away from him. Jogging is very popular in the United States. People like to feel well and look nice. When my neighbors and I jog, we help to keep our hearts and legs strong.
Many people do not jog, but they do not get fat. They work hard on their jobs and they do not need to run before they go to work.
Diets are also popular. People on diets do not eat many foods that will make them fat. They learn to eat fruits and vegetables instead of candy or cakes.
My doctor tells me to eat only three meals a day. A diet is not necessary if I do not eat between meals. Some people like to eat many times a day. This is called snacking.
