The eyes are the windows of our soul（灵魂）.However，you have to look after them properly.Your eyes need everyday attention.

Pay more attention to your diet.Have more fruits，vegetables，fish，eggs and milk.It's good for your eyes.Besides，we should take some Vitamins A and B ₂regularly（有规律地）.
