Last weekend we went mountain climbing. Even the heavy rain in the morning could not prevent us go. Setting off very early, we went along an extreme narrow road, all in high spirits. On every side of the road were green fields and some farm house. We can hear the sound of the rain and our footsteps mixing with our laughter. At noon we reached the top of the mountain. That surprised us most there was the beauty of scenes .After having a short rest there and sharing with the food we had brought, we started going down. It rained even harder. We were wet to the skin, and we still sang and laughed happily.

Even today, a man with good manner will politely open the door for a lady, help her put on her coat when necessary and see her safely to the door of her home before a date. When a man takes a woman out for a dinner, it is considered impolite to help her with her chair when she gets up or sits down. On a crowding train or bus, it is proper for a man offer a woman his seat, particular if she is old or carries a baby. Even when it comes to shake hands, ladies come first. It is impolite for a man to extend his hand for a handshake upon first greeting. Unless a woman does not extend her hand to the man first, the man shouldn’t offer theirs.

I used to love science class ---- all of them biology, chemistry, geography, physics. I think I liked those classes because I felt that it helped me understand what the world works. For example, when I was a child, the rain was a mystery. In one class, I learned it rained. I think science classes clear up memories. But then there is always more mysteries look into. What was my least favorite class? hat was maths! After learn the basics of the subject, nothing else seemed very practically to me. I never saw how I could use it in my daily life.

One day I happened to find a chatting room on my QQ, there people were chatting with English .I tried to chat with some of them. To my surprise, I found the oral English of some junior students were better me. I asked them for advices and they tell me to practice more on QQ .But every day after that I would spend one hour practice my oral English on QQ. Day by day I learned from many useful words and expressions. With time going by, I found that I could even communicate some college students freely

Dear Mr White,
I am writing tell you a piece of good news. Last week our school hold a Spoken English Competition. I stood out in the competition and won a first place. In my view, it is your kind help which has helped me gain the achievement. During your spare time, you often spent such much time helping me with your spoken English that I made rapid progress. In the competition, I followed your advices on how to behave, which led to my success. I’m grateful to you for your help and decide that I will make up more efforts and try to make great progress in the future.
