短文改错（共10小题；每小题1分，满分10分）
此题要求改正所给短文中的错误。短文中有10处错误，每句最多有两处。错误设计一个单词的增加、删除或修改。
增加：在缺词处加一个漏词符号（∧），并在此符号下面写出该加的词。
删除：把多余的词用斜线（﹨）划掉。
修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。
注意：1、每处错误及修改均仅限一词。
2、只允许修改10处，多者（从第11处起）不计分。
Welcome to our English Corner. It set up about four years before. Since then on many high school students have joined in it. The students from different schools gather round on Sunday mornings, and there are also some college students or foreigners. We talked about everything we know and show interest in. We also exchange our effective method in English learning. We think we have learned much here.
The English Corner is a really addition to our English class and popular with students. Parents and teachers appreciate them very much because they all believe it is of great help to their children. If you want to know much about it, you may talk to students here.

The water we drink and use was running short. We all have to learn what
to stop wasting water. One of the steps that we should take are to find ways of
reusing it. Today in the most large cities, fresh water is used only once and
then it runs in waste system. But that is possible to pipe the used water to a
purifying factory, there the used water can be treated with chemical materials
by the workers so that it can reused. But even if every large city purified and
reused it’s water, we still would have enough water.

We have just sold our house and were in the process of moving. While tidy up the
house, my mother filled a large container with colorful plant. One night, when I arrived home after school, I found something surprised: the container was filled with bones and the other dog foods! My dog Zane was not leaving his precious foods hehind! Seeing we were packing up to leave, Zane had decided that it was time of him to start packing, either. He had taken all plants from the container and laid it out nearly on the floor, break only two plants. He had then put his own foods what he had found in the house into it.

Yesterday my friends or I visited a model high school. We start our visit from the main
building. First we went to the lab building in that some students were doing experiments. Then we entered in the lecture hall behind the lab building and saw many students listen to a lecture given a professor. Next to the lecture hall was the art center. There they watched groups of students playing musical instrument. On the playground some boys were playing the football. It was so exciting that we couldn’t help cheer for them. It was really an impressive visit.

Dear Smith，
I’m an university student. I once think life at the university must be excellent, and now I have changed my mind . I had three roommate, and I was the last one to move in the dormitory. Last term, I got along peacefully and happy. But I find they are willing to be with me now. They don’t talk with me, and they have become colder towards me than ago. Many times, I wanted to talk with them about how I felt, but I failed to find an opening. I have been feeling sad and lonely. Although I am an honest student, but I can’t win true friendship.
