One cold winter day in 1900, a small boy calling Charlie Chaplin walking along the street in London. He did not have breakfast and lunch. He wanted to buy some bread, but he didn't have some money. His father dead when he was very young. His mother was often very sick, so she can not take care of Charlie or his brother. All of them had to work to help their sick mother. Jim is a Australian boy who has been lived in our city for over two years. I still remember the morning when he came into our class, wear a cap and a pair of sunglasses. He waved to us with grace and introduce himself with a sweet smile, which made us to feel pleased. We gave him a warm welcome. And immediate Jim became our great friend.
Now Jim and we play together, chat with each other and gather picnics. Also, we ride bikes in the country or enjoy hike in the mountains. Sometimes we play ball game on the playground. Jim likes it here and often says it is like being at home. But that is what we wish.

One night, I went to a store to buy the shirt. The shop assistant showed me several shirts to choose. I had no idea what one would suit me. At last, I made up my mind to buy an expensive shirt, thinking that it might go well with my new trouser. On my way to home, I was very excited. However, before I got up the next day, trying on the shirt and looked at it this way and that, my excitement was gone. I found that was not so nice at home as it is in the store. My brother, he would do some paperwork in a company, went to a remote village to participate the voluntary activity last month. So my mother was worried about that he could adjust himself to living there. She was dying to hearing from him. Later he told my mother he had fitted in well with the villagers there. However, he told them that a terrible accident had happened. The other day he, who was scared to dead, was about to attend a party while he witnessed it. Worse still, the car fled from the scene. Firstly he called, urged the doctors to rush to the spot and then he gave first aid to the injured. Eventually the injured man was lucky helped out of danger.
I am proud of him, who is occupying himself with his work and devotes himself to helping those in the need.

Last weekend we go mountain climbing. Even the heavy rain in the morning could not prevent us going. Set off very early, we went along an extreme narrow road, all in high spirits. On every side of the road was green fields and some farm houses. We could hear the sound of the rain and our footsteps mixing with our laughter. At noon we reached the top of the mountain. That surprised us most there was the beauty of scenes. After having short rest there and sharing with the food we had brought, we started going down. It rained even harder. We were wet to the skin, and we still sang and laughed happily.
