Dear editor,
I am a high school student. A few days before, one of my very good friend told me that he was going to stop school. He said that he wanted to start his own’s business. I tried my best to get him to change his mind, and failed. I realize it is difficult of me to change his mind. He is not doing so good in his studies. The process is more important than the result is. Now there are only 90days being left before the test. I am not sure his decision is right or wrong. I needed your advice.

Last weekend we went mountain-climbing．Even the heavy rain in the morning could not prevent us go. Setting off very early, we went along an extreme narrow road, all in high spirits. On every side of the road were green fields and some farm house．We could hear the sound of the rain and our footsteps mixing with our laughter．At noon we reached top of the mountain．That surprised us most was the beauty of the scenes there．After having a short rest and sharing with the food we had brought, we started going down．It rained even harder．We are wet to the skin, and we still sang and laughed happily．

Dear friends,
It is real a good chance to have met all of you here. We have spent several precious weekend in learning in the English Club. Although we have been members for a short period of times, we have made a great progress. That is because we are all very much active and the activities are not only enjoyable and also helpful. Last Saturday I went to the library as usually. At about noon, I was enjoying my reading near a lake while suddenly I hear someone crying for help. I went up to see what was happened. I was shocking to find a little child struggling in the water in the distance while many peoples were standing by without doing anything. Without any hesitation, I had pushed through the crowd as I took off my coat, but jumped into the water quickly. I managed to reach him and carried him back to safety. To his great relief, the kid was saved.
I was proud what I had done. I hope everyone can give a hand when someone else is in need.

Firstly, my house is large enough to serve another people．Meanwhile, my father will drive private car to take him anywhere he likes．That is to say, not only I but also my father are ready for his coming．Secondly, I can speak English fluent and I am eager to communicate with foreigners, that is a good way to improve my English．Finally, last year I stayed with a British student for a week．So precious is the memory to us all that we have kept writing to each other since then．I will appreciate this if you could give me the chance．
