It’s a story happened five years ago. Li Hua, who lived in the
city, came to visit her uncle in our village. She and I became
good friend. One day, I went to her uncle’s to do homework
with her. But she wasn’t in. I found beautiful clock on her bed.

What could be more refreshing than drink a can of icy cold soda after exercising? Soda is a popular drink all over the world. But drinking too many of it can have serious health consequences. For an instance, weight gain is a strongly possibility, as a result of the high sugar and calories. Drinking soda has also been linked to tooth decay(蛀牙). In fact, the acid in soda can begin damaging teeth just 20 minute after soda is drinking, according to a survey. Unfortunately, sales of soda is going down in the US, as the survey shows. That’s probably why nowadays people are more aware this sweet drink’s health risks.

I can’t help but feel concerned in the destruction of tropical forests. It is one of the most serious environmental problems today.
From that I understand, people are cutting down thousands of square kilometres of tree every day. This is killing hundreds of wild animals that live in the forests.
Unfortunately, we did nothing but talk about it. We don’t do anything to protect the forests.
We need to stop people do it. There should be much strong laws. I think that people who cut down the forests should go to prison. That’s what happens in some countries to people who sell plastic bags. That’s what should happen to people who destroy the forests and kill wildlife.
I can’t help but think that we have no right to destroy the nature. We must protect wildlife for future generations. Hopefully, our children will be responsible than they are today.
