It was silent in Mom’s hospital room. Only the sound of her heart monitor interrupted the moments of what seemed to be a peaceful sleep. It had been several hours since her operation. I wanted her to wake up. I needed to to her. Last night, I shouted at her because she had allowed my sister to visit her when she had our mom for years.
“Shame on you!” she had said firmly. “Moms don’t stop their children just because one of them chose to leave her. A mother always loves more than she’s loved .”
I thought, “Shame on you! When I do something wrong or when a friend is to her, that’s all she will ever say. How about standing up for you for once, Mom?”
My mom’s groaning(呻吟)broke my . she couldn’t speak, her eyes were moving, looking for something. She her notebook and pen next to her bed. I gently handed them to her. She slowly, and then turned the notebook around for me to read.
“I forgive you,” it .
Tears ran down my face. I felt . As I began to speak, I was by the loud arguing of two seemingly angry nurses on the opposite side of the room. My mom suddenly began writing on her notebook, and then stopped to the piece of paper. She handed it to me, signaling me to give it to the nurses. They read it, looked at my mom and quietly left the room.
“What did you write, Mom?” I asked.
She smiled sweetly but said nothing. , I knew what she had written on that piece of paper. How those three little words are!
I kissed my mom goodbye and to find my sister.

It was the golden season. I could see the yellow leaves falling with the cool wind. For others, it is a/an season, while for me, it is an annoying season. Tired from preparing for Postgraduate Entrance Examination, I decided to have a along the Yanjiang Road in my university.
“Autumn is a lonely season and life is . The days in this season always get me down ”, I was in deep thought when the sound of a guitar into my ears, like a stream flowing from the mountains. I was so surprised that I ran to see what it was. A young girl, sitting on the lawn, was in playing her guitar. The music was so attractive that I listened quietly.
Lost in the music, I did not realize that I had been standing for so long. But my _ __ did not seem to disturb her. Leaves were still falling. Every day when I passed by the lawn, I would see her playing her guitar. During the rest of the days in the season, life became interesting and I could __ the courses carefully. Though we did not know each other, I thought we were always good friends.
Autumn was nearly over. One day, when I was listening __, the sound suddenly stopped. To my astonishment, the girl came to me.
“You must like the music,” she said.
“Yes, you play very well. Why did you stop?” I asked.
Suddenly, a ___ expression appeared on her face and I could feel something unusual.
“I came here just to have a rest because I failed in the college entrance examination. I felt very disappointed. And it was your listening every day __ encouraged me,” she said, “and I have to go tomorrow.”
“____, it was your playing that gave me a meaningful autumn and helped me believe that I have the ability to pass the Postgraduate Entrance Examination.” I answered, “I think it was God who gave us the chance to know each other and we should be good friends
She smiled and I smiled.
Since then, I have never seen her again. I no longer passed by that ___. Only thick leaves were _ behind. But I will always remember the ___ of the girl. It was her appearance that helped me passed the Postgraduate Entrance Examination.
We may encounter many people in our lives. Some are like a shooting star, but so much light that they guide you in the correct _ ; some are like _ in you, they are always with you, but do not understand you. Just as a famous saying, many people in your life, but only true friends leave footprints.
I shall always ____ the autumn, the girl and the sound of her guitar. I know she will always be my best friend.

My friend Michelle is blind, but you’d never know it. She makes such good use of her other , including her “sixth sense”, she rarely gives the impression she’s missed anything.
Michelle looks after her children pretty much like the rest of us, except that she doesn’t push too hard on them, who really benefit a lot from her relaxed attitude. She knows when to clean the house, she moves around so fast that often the don't realize she's blind.
I realize this the first time after my six-year-old daughter, Kayla, went to play there. When Kayla came home, she was very about her day. She told me they had baked cookies, played games and done art projects. But she was excited about her finger-painting project.
“Mom, guess what?”said Kayla, all smiles. “I learned how to colors today! Blue and red make purple, and yellow and blue make green! And Michelle with us.”
To my great my child had learnt about color from a blind friend!
Then Kayla continued, “Michelle told me my showed joy, pride and a sense of accomplishment. She really what I was doing!’’ Kayla said she had never felt how good finger paints felt Michelle showed her how to paint without looking at her paper.
I realized Kayla didn’t know that Michelle was blind. It had just never come up in conversation.
When I told her, she was for a moment. At first, she didn’t believe me. “But Mommy, Michelle knew exactly what was in my picture!” Kayla . And I knew my child was because Michelle had listened to Kayla describe her artwork. Michelle had also heard Kayla's pride in her work.
We were silent for a minute. Then Kayla said slowly, “You know, Mommy, Michelle really did ‘see’ my picture. She just used my .’’ Indeed, she uses a special type of “vision” that all mothers have.

People always say that the earlier one learns a language, the it is to do so, in theory it is that, , in my opinion, that refers to spoken language. Capability(能力) to practice some essential(基本的) of a language and read between the lines can only be trained through proper reading ways and hard work .So spending money to help learn English may up with disappointment. It is likely that the more you ,the more you are let down.
The daughter of one of my friends English in primary school, her foreign teacher’s blindness psychology. She did not want to go on English until middle school, a college student studying English slowly her interest in the language.
It is better to have the child learn Chinese than to have some difficulty learning English for several years. Having been engaged in English education, find that despite(尽管) their excellent , many students have command of English words and phrases. So I suggest that children
classical Chinese prose(散文),rather than them to learn English hurriedly. Otherwise, they may let go the best time to the language ability of their mother tongue.
