A sports meeting was held in our school several days before. The last event was the 400-meter relay race, that had promised to be an exciting one. And so it was! Teams from every class joined in the race, but the winning team would be the champion of our school! So each player tries hard to win. The big crowd became quite silently and all of them had their eyes were focused as the team took their places. Heard the sound of the gun, the runners shot quickly and passed the relay sticks from one to another. Suddenly a runner from class 4 dropped his stick, but another runner picked them up and ran even faster. At the finishing lines, the runners from our class breasted the tape. Our class took a first place. Everyone cheered wildly and we felt extremely proud.

Climb the mountains was hard work but as we looked around us, we were surprising by the view. We seemed be able to see for miles. There’s an old man in our village calling Old Joe who said to be 110 years old. This can’t

A British woman was caught on camera dumped a cat into a rubbish bin. Mary Bale, the 45-year-old bank worker, is now accused of causing unnecessary suffering to the animal, as well as failing to provide for the cat with a suitable environment. “Growing pains” is my favorite American TV play because it is very interested. The play tells humorous stories happen in Green’s family. With such stories it make people think about life, but therefore attracts the audience. It is also a window which we can learn about American society. And there were many meaningful things that are worth think of, such as the relationship between parents and children in many American family. It is quite different from those in China. The play is very popular. We’d better not missing the chance to enjoy it.
