pay the fees. Some students may apply to a bank loan and others will try to find part-time jobs in

they can pay at least part of the fees. As for me, I will let my parents pay half of their fees because
they are rich enough. Beside my study, I will take up a part-time job by teach some high school
students maths, physics, chemistry and English, as I’m very good at these important subjects. Of

My classmate Liu Hui looks tired this week. This morning, I asked him if he had trouble in fall asleep. He said no and explained how he looked tired. “I want to do well on my studies, so I have been stayed up these days,” he said. Hearing that, I became worrying. “Staying up may not help you at all. If you want to study well, you should have had a good sleep every night,” I said. Though he disagreed with me. He believed that if he studied for two more hour every night, he would catch up others. Today is my father’s birthday. To celebrate his birthday, I went to a shop and choose a present for him. After that, I went home by the train. On the way, I was imagining how happily my father would be when he accepted the present. The train got to the next stop before I knew it. An old lady got the train. Every seat was taken, but she had to stand with two heavy bags in both of her hand.
After an immediate hesitation（犹豫）, I gave my seat to her and he was grateful for all what I did.
In my opinion, give others a hand whenever they are in trouble not only brings happiness to the ones who receive it but also to the ones who give it.

Though great progress have been made in science these years, there are still many people live in poor conditions. They make their lives by collecting or selling used things. Their children cannot go to school because they had not enough money to send their children there. How do you think so many people still suffer from poverty now? The answer lies on the population explosion﹙人口大爆炸﹚. A president of a developing country once said, “It is us who are to blame for the poverty because we used to ‘produce’ child without limit.” Although this few words sound simple enough, they have clear pointed out one of the causes of the population explosion.
