Recently I read an article in a magazine. It was of a mother who was worried about his son just because of he always kept his hair long. The mother thought that was not right, but the son felt there was nothing unusually about it. Different generations have different opinions on the same thing. That is what is meaning by “ the generation gap”. We can see them in our daily lives. Most of our parents like listening to old song while young people prefer pop songs. Every time my father finds me listen to rock music, he always shouted, “Shut it off. It’s awful!” How can we deal the generation gap?

Two years before, I traveled to Brazil and I rented for a car. Unfortunate, I had an accident and hit another car, and I needed to stay in a hospital for at least two week. 1 called my parents, so I did not tell them what had happened. I knew that they will be worried about myself because I was so farther away, and that my mother would not sleep if she knew. Therefore, I told them interested stories and how I was enjoying Brazil As a result, nobody knew truth. I still think that it was the right thing to do.

My dentist had just pulled out one of my tooth and had told me to rest for while. My mouth were filled with cotton-wool. He knew I collected bird eggs and asks me whether my collection was growing. He then asked me a lot of other question. In answer to these questions, I could neither nod or make strange noises. Meanwhile, my tongue was busy search out the hole where the tooth had been. I suddenly felt very worried, so couldn’t say everything. When the dentist at last removed the cotton-wool, I was able to tell him of that he had pulled out the wrong tooth.
